These terms apply to your use of Night Shift Plant Shop (the “App”), developed by Hacı Mert Gökhan, publishing as Hamego Games. By downloading or playing the App you agree to them. The App is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
2. Virtual items
Coins, seeds, plants, shop areas, tools, decor, Almanac entries and other in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and exist only inside the App on your device. They may be lost if you reset progress or delete the App.
3. In-app purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases, sold and billed by Apple under the App Store terms. Consumable packs of coins are used up in the game and cannot be restored once spent. Non-consumable purchases (Remove Ads and the one-time Starter Pack) can be restored on your devices with <em>Shop → Coins → Restore purchases</em> or <em>Settings → Restore purchases</em>. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. Advertising
The App is free and supported by ads from third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites they link to. Rewarded ads are always optional.
5. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, modify, redistribute or exploit the App, its purchases or its ads (for example with fraudulent ad clicks), except where the law expressly allows it.
6. Intellectual property
The App, including its code, art, music, story text and name, belongs to Hacı Mert Gökhan. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the App or these terms at any time; the date above shows the latest version. You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it.
