No account to delete
Rainy Window Café has no sign-up and no user accounts, and we store nothing about you on our servers. Everything the game remembers lives on your iPhone, and you can erase it yourself in seconds.
Delete your game progress
- Open Rainy Window Café and tap the gear (Settings) button at the top of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap Reset progress.
- Confirm with Reset. Beans, recipes, decor, tool upgrades, records and every regular’s story are permanently erased.
Purchases (Remove Ads and the Moonlight decor set from the Starter Pack), your settings and play time are kept. Deleting the App from your iPhone removes all of its data.
Limit or delete advertising data
- In the App, open Settings → Ad privacy choices to review or withdraw ad consent (shown in regions where consent applies).
- On your iPhone, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and turn off tracking for Rainy Window Café (or for all apps).
- To request deletion of data held by Google, visit Google’s Data & Privacy page or Google’s privacy request form.
Purchase history
In-app purchases are processed by Apple, not by us. Your purchase history is part of your Apple Account; you can review it in Settings → your name → Media & Purchases or request your data at privacy.apple.com.
